Have you seen my Dog?

| The
bones of the song were first put
together during the rather unforgettable
spring of 1997 - less than one
year after the formation of the
experimental-comedy band Trunkdog.
During Trunkdog's legendary Briarwood
Avenue Tour, "Have You Seen
My Dog" became an overnight
success, elevating both Paul and
Derek to the levels of fame experienced
by most people throughout the world. However it wasn't until some five years later that "Have You Seen My Dog" was recorded at the site of the now ravenwing studio. The rare and seldom heard recording, which was considered by the authors to be unrefined owing to the amount of shouting in the song, was not publicly distributed. The released version of the song (recorded in a staggering 11,746 takes) was the fruit of Trunkdog's most recent session in the studio last Friday. |
